Apple Announces Updated MacBook Line

Apple announced new MacBook computers which feature the next-generation Intel Core 2 Duo processors running at 1.83 and 2.0 GHz. The new MacBook models also feature up to twice the standard memory, larger hard drive options, and a 6X double-layer SuperDrive.

All new MacBooks include 13.3-inch glossy screens, a 667-MHz bus, 2 GB maximum memory capacity, DVI/VGA/composite video output, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 graphics, 5400-RPM, SATA hard drives (with Sudden Motion Sensor), built-in iSight camera, Gigabit Ethernet, AirPort Extreme and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, USB 2.0 and FireWire 400, analog/optical audio in/out, 60-Watt MagSafe and an infrared Apple Remote control.
